Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During this period, your items are carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended by a few days.

Shipping Carriers and Methods:
We partner with reliable national and regional carriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. The carrier used for your specific order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of the items. Smaller items, such as tablecloths and decorative accessories, are typically shipped via standard ground services like UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Larger items, including dining tables and chairs, are often shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure proper handling.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions of the items in your order, and the delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For oversized or heavy items, a flat-rate handling fee may apply to cover the specialized freight service. Delivery timeframes vary by location and shipping method. Standard ground shipping for smaller items typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Freight deliveries for large furniture can take 1-2 weeks, depending on your proximity to our distribution centers. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Freight Delivery and Large Item Information:
For deliveries via freight carrier, the service is typically "curbside." This means the driver will deliver the item(s) to the first dry area of your property, such as your garage or driveway. The driver is not required to bring the items inside your home, unpack them, or assemble them. We recommend inspecting the package for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Please note any damage on the receipt before signing.

International Shipping:
At this time, we currently ship only within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, though additional charges may apply). We do not offer international shipping. For shipping to U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom quote.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
