Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that certain items cannot be returned. This includes gift cards, and any items marked as "final sale" or "clearance." For reasons of hygiene and safety, we are also unable to accept returns on any items that have been washed, used, or altered from their original state. Custom or special-order items are also non-returnable.

Process for Initiating a Return:
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged items, please provide a photo of the damage and the packaging to help us file a claim with the carrier and process your refund or replacement promptly.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not process direct exchanges at this time due to inventory fluctuations.

Sale Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales are final on discounted merchandise.
